- How much can I do with credits?
- Chat, voice and documents share one balance. Long or complex tasks use more than short ones; the app shows your real use.
- What happens when I run out?
- Your tools and records keep working. Plan credits come back each month on your date, and Extra is always optional.
- How does the 7-day trial work?
- Eligible new accounts can try Plus's tools for 7 days with a payment method, billed monthly or yearly. Checkout shows the first charge, $19.99 a month or $159.99 a year, and its date; cancel before it and you aren't charged.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Paying once a year gives you 4 months free. Your credits still come month by month, on the same date each month, never a year at once.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Moving up to Pro, or from monthly to yearly, starts at once, prorated: your billing date restarts that day and a fresh month of credits opens. Moving down, or from yearly to monthly, starts when your paid period ends. Stop renewal any time and keep your plan until then.
